A Service. I Would highly recommend Toronto Limos 416 for anyone who wants a fun night out! We booked a 10 passenger Limo and was upgraded to the 14 passenger SUV for no extra cost. Richard was great! He went that extra mile to make sure that we had an unforgettable night! From the moment we booked the limo I received a confirmation email describing everything is detail which i liked. They offer great rates and you truly get what you pay for!! Thanks buddy!
The customer service at this place is just horrible. I was clear about wanting to book them and they kept making it more and more difficult for me to even get through to someone to proceed with a booking. The quote changed from e-mail to e-mail and the inconsistencies are so jarring I ended up not bothering to reply and booked a different company. Unless you want to waste your time, don't bother with this place.
