I signed my kids up for a virtual baking class for spring break and they LOVED it. The instruction was patient and engaging, the recipes were simple and the results were delicious (so, so good - especially the scones and lemon curd). We will make absolutely everything again and I would highly recommend Le Dolci classes to kids and adults alike (we are going to do the unicorn cake class next). Special thank you to Chef Zoe who answered the same questions over and over and over again like she was being asked for the first time!!

Great way to spend a Saturday with a Zoom virtual class baking Macarons with Zoe at Le Dolci. Informative, nicely paced class with just the right amount of attendees. I would recommend this class to anyone who has a desire to attempt these special treats. Consider giving a class as a gift certificate to a family member or friend who loves to bake. Thanks to Kim Jenkins who gifted this to me!

Recently took a private virtual baking class for cinnamon buns. We are a group of girlfriends in different parts of the world that normally meet up once a year but can't due to covid. The class was super fun and gave us a chance to do something productive together. The instructor was patient with us and gave me the zoom controls after we finished baking so we could carry on our reunion. And yes, the buns turned out AMAZING! Would highly recommend.

Le Dolci hosted an event for the UTSU and did such a fabulous job! We had a tight deadline and their team made our event happen effortlessly and without a hitch. From lead up coordination, quick email responses, friendly attitude from all staff, during event support including having additional team members to support our chat function, give play by play instructions and super engaging content! Everyone loved the class, it was super fun and Chef Zoe did an awesome job making sure that nobody got left behind and that we all elevated our baking skills. Cannot wait to use Le Dolci for future virtual events and try their cake of the club month. HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ON THE TEAM!

Le Dolci has been a form of entertainment for me and my kiddos in lockdown. They've done a two of their virtual classes - macarons and cinnamon buns. Both classes were a huge hit for all of us. The teachers were knowledgeable and patient and FUN! We received the recipes, too, so we can make our creations once more. Plus, for Valentine's Day I had ordered their cookie decorating kit - everything we needed was in one box and the cookies were delicious! Le Dolci never disappoints!
