I have a few commercial mortgages with Laurentian . When you are an end user for the property they're your best option. They're known as the bottom of the \A\ lenders......but when you are an end user for real estate purchase ( you'll be occupying the unit ) they are by far your best option!!! If the worst thing about Laurentian is they don't take rolled coins I'd say that's pretty good. This is an excellent bank for those looking to finance real estate projects!!

They are slashing staff. And will not accept rolled coins. That is funny it is legal tender. I was looking to bank with Laurentian and get a mortgage. Not any more. Good news credit unions take cash and COINS.

It is a very private and secure place to bank. You wait on one floor for someone else to come and get you and take you to another floor to do your transactions! First time I have encountered this.
