First of all you can’t help but notice the natural beauty of the place. It’s like a mini castle. And then that all natural wood staircase on the inside and that beautiful Stainglass window. Wow. The staff are friendly and professional. If you’re looking for a referral to a cardiologist and this is in your general area. I highly recommend KMH on Avenue Road

I regret to share the bad experience visiting this office today. I came with my husband who has a severe cardiology problems( ejection fraction 26 %). The receptionist security guard talk with us like we are prisoners in the prison. She blame us that we came earlier. Then she kindly made an exception and allowed us to wait in the hall .As well she didn't allow me to call the taxi being inside of the office and get out from the office . in spite it was strong rain outside, She requested me to hold my arms behind when she measured temperature . I understand that we are all living in a very hard COVID situation. I understand that she followed protocol. But her attitude was ugly. Personally me i will never ever visit this office location again. I suggest management of KMH to find different person for the front desk position with more human approach to her duties. She obviously dislike us because my English was poor. She demonstrated that we are second rate persons But by the way my husband is doctor PHD in Cardiology. But by the way I was a client who paid money and she was just only minimum wage person providing service .For receptionist position she had too much power. Her behavior was not intelligent, not professional and insulting me like human . She completely ruined my mood today.
Worst clinic! They give you no answer! I am just calling to reserve a short follow-up consultation and it seems it is just an answering machine and no real staff behind it. Do not go to this clinic, since after you did your test, you would have no access to them in future!
It is impossible to schedule an appointment. No body care about you . I have been waiting for 6 weeks. Now I am looking for different Clinic.
Absolutely terrible service no one knows what there talking about I have now booked 2 MRIs with them they have made me drive all over the place for no reason so beyond unorganized I wont ever use this place again and ill be sure too tell everyone I know about my experience because KMH labs does not know at all how too set up someone with the correct info they need in fact they should be paying for the gas bill i racked up by driving 2.5 hours too just be told that I needed to do some things before I have an MRI do not go to this establishment Its terrible!!!!!!!!
