I joined the Niagara falls tour and the experience was great. Kevin, our guide, was exemplary. I booked King Tours to provide airport transfer ahead of a major relocation overseas just a few days later. The service was again reliable and professional. Kevin personally ensured their vehicle could accommodate all my luggage and that the pickup was punctual. I strongly recommend King Tours.

I booked niagarafalls tour. I waited for pick-up car for 30minutes on D-day but they didn’t come. so I called the company . they said my name is similar to other’s name so they cancelled my reservation. They said they called me but I wasn’t able to get this call due to work. and they didn’t leave any message ( email, voice mail , sms anything) so I had to waste my time because of their mistake. I will never use this company.
Took the tour to Niagara Falls, the bus ride felt short and the stops were long enough. You get enough time to explore Niagara Falls take some pics and then move on. The Falls are best to see in the winter. The stop at the Town of Niagara on the Lake was great. Beautiful town that would be really nice in the summer to visit. Ended with wine tasting which was good. There are plenty of folks to drop off at hotels so you need patience on the ride home. All and all I would say it was a very good tour and worth the money!
From book to end our tour was very easy and safe. Michael, the guide, was so helpful explaining a lot of details through the different points of the tour, I love him jokes. Always arrive on time to all the points. Very recommended tour to the Niagara falls, winery and Niagara on the lake. We love the winery too, it's incredible all the work behind of a single wine bottle and we can taste different types of local wine.
