I will start my review by saying we LOVE our Doctor, Dr. Das, she is incredibly caring and attentive. However, the clinic is an absolute disaster who are impossible to deal with. 1. They ONLY deal by email. I get preferring to deal with email, but there are some situations where we as parents just need to call. There have been countless situations where we have 4-5 emails back and forth to exchange information that could have been resolved in one 30 second phone call. Don't bother looking for their phone number, THEY WILL NEVER PICKUP. 2. This problem extends to their after-hours clinic, Kid-e-care.When you need the after-hours clinic, it's generally time sensitive. Emails are not the best way to deal with time sensitive items. 3. They administered a flu vaccine to our 1 year old without our permission. 4. They really treat you like a number. When you walk in for your appointment, there's no checking in with the receptionist who's sitting there doing nothing, you must check-in using the self serve kiosk. We once waited over half hour due to a technical issue with their kiosk, and the receptionist not willing to actually confirm that we were checked in. 5. Pre-covid, their waiting room was/is an absolute disaster. There's probably about 16 treatment rooms in this office, and the waiting room is about the size of 2 of them. There's just no space when you have more than 2-3 families waiting, especially with strollers, car seats, etc.

My kids have been going to Kindercare for almost 4 years. We see Dr Das who is always so kind and helpful but we’ve also seen many of the other Kindercare docs who are all extremely professional, knowledgeable and they truly care about their patients. I couldn’t be happier with the care that we receive each and every time and trust them with my kids’ health implicitly. Thanks for doing such a great job, Kindercare!!

I have had only fantastic experiences at Kindercare. The wait times have been reasonable and the staff there are probably the best in the city. I have been to this clinic for paediatric specialist appointments as well as for their walk-in sick clinics. I have truly only positive things to say about Dr. Flanders and his clinic. It’s the best!!

My daughter recently sustained a concussion and I was able to get her an appointment almost immediately. Dr. Flanders provided us with all of the necessary information including warning signs and follow-up protocols. As always, he was professional and put my family at ease. I knew we were in great hands.

The doctor is very good, but not the office. The appointment for my daughter got cancelled right when it was about to start with an email, saying there was \last minute clinic change\. It was booked a month in advance and I took time off from my work for that. Thank you for showing me how insignificant I am.
