Another great omakase in Toronto. Chef Jang is super kind and puts his own flare on some of his pieces. The Ikura w/ basil was great! Each piece was made with his full effort and focus and you can feel it as you eat each piece. I will definitely be coming back here!

A newer omakase in Toronto. Can't go wrong with 59. 12 pieces plus a hand roll. Quality of the food is definitely there. Was pretty empty on a Friday night.
