Loved everything about this repair experience. The store was a little cozy however clean and organized. Staff was amazing especially Jules the lead technician. He made sure you were well informed and comfortable. Best thing the repair was quick and cost effective his prices are second to none. Conveniently located at Keele/Sheppard “Jules computer (phone) repair / sales” is the best in the city... My opinion.

Listen to the reviews! Ive been pulling my hair out for two days trying to figure out a black screen problem on my PC and finally gave up. I searched for a computer repair shop near me and Jules came up. The reviews are 100% legit, amazing service, reasonable price, extremely fast (he fixed it in about 20 minutes or less) and Jules is such a nice guy. 10/10 would recommend and would go back again. :) Thanks Jules!

Great place! The owner wants to solve your problem more than making money. Hard to find good people like that these days. I was there to buy an item to fix my laptop. He helped me how to do it and even lent me some of his tools. If you have a computer problem look no further, this is the best place!
