This Yonge St. in Downtown Toronto is very clean! The staff are super kind and very welcoming. They are following all covid-19 safety protocols, and they go beyond just that. The staff all look very clean and even with masks on, I could see that they were smiling at me while i ordered and while I waited for my food. I had to wait extra time for part of my meal but the manager came out to apologize very kindly and gave me so e extras! Will be coming back!

I tried to order a spaghetti family pack with the cheese on the side because I was trying to keep it fresh for my lunch (I made the order first thing in the morning). The cashier had confirmed with me that the cheese would be on the side per the jolly counter standard of repeating the order back to the customer, so I thought all was okay so I didn't pay too much attention until my lunch time, when I discovered I was charged extra for sauce and received said extra sauce in the small gravy container and the cheese was all melted in to the spaghetti fam itself. Furthermore, I asked for extra mushrooms on a separate visit for burger steak but was told no modifications can be made for any order, and yet I was able to receive this extra spaghetti sauce (with the extra charge) that I didn't even really want. Last time I checked as well, modifications were allowed with any necessary extra charges of course, unless this policy varies with every location?
The service was fast but the food is terrible. Chicken is super super super dry as you may see in the photo I posted. Very disappointed. Went there at 2pm, so I assume they gave me the chickens that stayed on the tray for long time. The spicy one taste awful cuz the chicken doesn’t have taste and they simply just put Chili powder on the coat. I won’t recommend the store.
I had to try this very popular fried chicken that is popping up everywhere in the world. While the customer service and efficiency I believe it’s good - the food is really not that great. The chicken is crazy salty - it is like eating salted chicken and it is not good. The chicken was very juicy, even the white meats and the selection however is not great. So sad to say it’s not going to work and will go back to Popeyes.
Great spot for some Filipino influenced food. Chicken with rice and gravy was just as expected. Loved this location because of the accessibility ramp/elevator here for anyone in a wheelchair.
Ordered two pieces of fried chicken and a peach mango pie. The chicken is tender and juicy, not spicy at all (I got the regular one). I find it a bit too salty though. The pie is just so so. Too expensive as the taste is no better than mcdonald's pie.
