I met Jane for the first time at my 1st Motion hearing where she was representing me as my lawyer's agent. It was a very stressful time for me as I had no clue as to what was to follow during the day, also without my lawyer present by my side. I met Jane for the first time in court. She had a very calming vibe and within 15 minutes of us talking I knew that I wanted her to represent me from then on wards. Jane was empathetic and patiently listened to everything that I had to tell her about my case. I felt safe and taken care of as she understood my background and cultural limitations/needs. I was told by court that my case was very critical. Jane however, was always in control and exuded a vibe where I knew I was in safe hands. She is exceptional with paperwork/affidavits and goes out of her way to coordinate with any external witnesses to prep herself. Thanks to Ms Mukongolo, I have full custody of my four children, along with other jurisdiction decisions made in our favour prior to the custody. I pray that no one ever goes to court as it can be very stressful. However, I would always recommend Jane in a heart beat as she understood my needs and put in a 100% of her efforts. I really appreciate what Jane has done for me and my children despite the amount of years it took in battle against my other party. She never messed around and always spoke right up front about what was happening and what could happen. Her honesty about everything was so calming and relaxing something you don't find in all lawyers.
