It's funny many people already mentioned about this rude angry front lady and even though she hasn't change her attitude. It's okay, just I'm not going there again. She should learn what good customer service is.
Very rude owner. I walked into the karaoke to book a room for my friends and I and everything was okay until my friends walked in. She instantly refused to give us a room telling us that they were full. That was a lie because she let other people in. She's unnecessarily and such a bad liar.
I've been a regular customer since 1995. It's always clean, neat, and joyful. I have had so many good memories that I can't express in words, and the prise is always so reasonable. Please keep up the good work.
Good spot, drinks were good and service was friendly. Room felt dated but it was good enough for us. Sound quality was fine.
Music is not up to date but still has lots of great stuff and all the classics. Staff is good. Price is cheap. If you grew up in the 90s/00s then you will be happy. Add the soju and beers and this place is 4/5
The lady in the front is awfully rude and not welcoming at all. As we entered there was a girl from one of the rooms asking for ice and the karaoke owner refused. When the girl complained that the beers they got from here was warm, the owner blamed her for not mentioning it earlier and did not give them ice. When she was tending to us she rushed us into making a decision when there were empty rooms available. When we tried to ask her a question, she didn't reply with an answer, instead said "DECIDE NOW AND PAY NOW". She refused to answer our questions and only wanted us to pay right away. I don't know what her deal is. I read some other reviews and seems that a lot of people have had unpleasant experiences with her. My friends and I walked out of there without getting a room. I don't understand her business model. Why is she being rude to customers when we are the ones who give her business. Will never be stepping foot there again.
