The trainer Michael May was amazing. Great help. He makes the material very easy to grasp. HOWEVER, there was another coordinator who teaches Health and Safety named Heather who decided to join our Food Handling course. She was very disrespectful as she kept interrupting Michael and disrupting the attendants. During our exam time, although she left to the room next door, she was very loud; speaking and laughing in high volume. It was difficult to concentrate having her around.

I took my smart serve with them in person instead of online and it was so much better. It was a very efficient class and all the important stuff was very well explained. I would definitely 100% recommend everyone and anyone to complete their smart serve certification here in person with them. The location is kind of tricky to find/easy to miss! As soon as you exit Wellesley Station, turn right and enter where Funnel Cake Express is. If you reach Starbucks, you’ve gone too far and passed it so walk back. You don’t need to cross the road or anything, it’s literally beside Wellesley Station.

I try taking Smart Serve online one time before and for me it was very hard and i had to stop 2 times. I failed online and then found iTrain to take the class. The way they explain everything make it so clear and easy for me to understand and i pass on the first try. So easy i recommend very much.

I took my Smart Serve class with them and now some of my coworkers are going now too. I think it was easier than doing it online. The class was easy to follow and I could ask questions to the trainer. I got my results quickly and my card was available to pick up. I highly recommend this company.

I enjoyed the experience and learned a lot during my training. Everything about this place is great BUT....I took the course over 2 months ago and still have not heard whether I passed or not, nor have I received a certificate which i need for work . So as good as the course was, not letting the person who took the course know if they passed or not, sucks..and its why I give this place 2 stars rather than 5 stars because their follow up is terrible. UPDATE: Jenifer handled my concern beautifully and resolved my concern asap. Thanks for your help and continue the good work you do.

I've taken Smart Serve and Food Handler Basics at iTrain. In both cases the relaxed environment and personable trainers made for a great experience. If you prefer in-class learning over distance/online, I recommend them.
