What a wonderful experience of online desi grocery and meat. Thank you to the entire team of Iqbal and keep up the good work. From visiting the website , placing the order , customization in order on phone and delivering the order.... The while process was so smooth and easy. I am for sure ordering again and again and will only visit store online . Really happy customer here.

I bought figs the other day. They were staked in a small wrapped cardboard container. Each container cost more than 7 dollars with taxes. After coming home, I opened the container and found 75 percent of the figs rotten. I'm attaching the picture below. Plus those who buy naan, roti etc, always check the expiration date as I have found expired stuff there on two occasions. This place is good for dry items like masalas, lentils etc. But their fruit and vegetables are of very low quality. Most of them are stale and will go bad in a day or two. Avoid buying perishable items here.

I have been buying meat products from Iqbal food for a really long time, I am so disappointed to be writing this review. I have ordered meat online since they have started delivery through third party, then stopped because the quality of lamb was really bad. Since Iqbal food started delivery themselves I ordered the meat through them thinking they would have more control over the quality of their products. But the lamb quality was really horrible again. It was so tough even after cooking in a pressure cooking for a long period of time. The lamb was so dark and the cut looked like it was cut when it was frozen. That's not the problem, however the quality and taste was awful. This happened once before when they were doing delivery through third party and this is the second time it happened while Iqbal food did the delivery themselves. Whenever I have purchased their meat at store they are optimum quality, hopefully their delivery can have the same quality rather than the quality received. After writing this review I was contacted by Iqbal food to figure out my unsatisfactory position. After our conversation they reached out to their meat department to figure out what went wrong. They informed me that when you order lamb shank in particular they send you the frozen lamb shank that’s why the product was the way it was, unfortunately it doesn’t state that issue anywhere in their website. To rectify the problem they sent me over the fresh product which has an excellent quality. Therefore I am editing this review, when ordering lamb shank, ensure to ask that they send you fresh product. And thank you Iqbal food for an excellent effort.

Cheap prices, great products. I have never experienced their veggies going bad. Very wide range of products. Good parking area as well as they maintain cleanliness.

No physical distancing, extremely crowded place. This place has high chances of covid transmission. Avoid if you can please!!! They should limit the entry like costco and other grocery stores but they are so greedy that they don’t think of public health but instead allowing everyone to enter the store. Hope city by-laws take a strong action against this business, this is going on for months now.
