The excellent benefits that come from engaging office space through IO North York are many: - IO North York is conveniently located right by the TTC and with plenty of parking - both underground and street level (on the other side of the intersection). - The facilities themselves, with a variety of office spaces and two conference rooms, are attractive, well-kept and maintained with professional housekeeping that comes in on a daily basis. - The team is always professional, courteous, attentive, and pleasant - over the phone, in-person, and in writing. The rate of responsiveness is high, with the team consistently going above and beyond to deliver on their promises. They ensure that clients are kept well-informed of building updates etc through regular email communication. - The quality of the internet service running through the facilities is high, backed up by sound technical support. All of the above are offered at great value. Having used other office space rental services before, this is by far the best in terms of quality of service and business ethics.
