I wanted to commend the EXCELLENT service but the staff who was working this evening (Dec 3, 2020). I was desperately looking for the Elf on the Shelf and was able to locate this only at this store. They not only put it on hold for me but waited an extra 40 mins after close as I was driving from out of town to pick this up!! You really made Christmas quite special for one little girl. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

Bright. Clean. Good selection of multiple genres. Staff friendly. Protocols in place for COVID-19. Only issue was trying to find it as there were no maps in the tower where it is.

Very pleasant service from the cashier. I started getting flustered, thinking I had lost something important. She told me to calm down, take a deep breath. Good advice. I followed her instructions & found what I thought I had lost!

Poor customer service. Wouldn’t process return because “wasn’t purchased there” and asked me to go to a different Indigo location, despite Indigo’s return policy.
