We had a squirrel nestle into our loading dock so I called ICON for some assistance. A technician arrived within 24 hours to assess for us. Icon quickly ended the Racoon Party in my Roof with a one way exit.. I declined a video review but said I would text one.. Friendly & efficient.. 350 The guys were great and upon return to remove the trapdoor they installed a vent Grate! Thanks guys Great Smiles!

For several nights we had been hearing a strange sound coming from our attic, we then discovered that a racoon had made its way into our attic through some paneling and using it as a den. We called to make an appointment today and they sent someone out not long after. We then met with Steve (who showed up early) not only gave us step-by-step of what he intended to do but also gave us video updates on what had happened and the state of our attic then went and it fixed right then and there. ICON was fast to respond to our problem, even though we aren't from Toronto, but they helped none the less. Highly recommend if you find that you are dealing with an uninvited gust like we did.
