HOMETRUST PANDEMIC REFINANCING RATES... EVEN THOUGH MORTGAGE RATES ARE AT AN ALL TIME LOW SOME AS LOW AS 1.6% -2.09% BTW I HAVE A CREDIT SCORE THIS IS WHAT THEY HAVE TO OFFER ON 180000 LOAN.(SEE PICTURE BELOW) -300 RENEWAL FEE -OVERCHARGE ON PROPERTY TAX- THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING ON CLOSE TO 3000 IN PROPERTY TAX OVERPAYMENT FROM ME. -ABSOLUTE CROOKS WITH NO CARES ABOUT WHATS HAPPENING IN THE WORLD OR ESPECIALLY TO YOU -DONT LET THEM TELL YOU DIFFERENT. -DONT BELIEVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY 90% REVIEWS ALL FROM BROKERS. IM NOT DOING THIS TO GIVE THE COMPANY A BAD NAME IM MAINLY TRYING TO HELP ANYONE WHO MAY BE IN A TOUGH SITUATION AND NEEDS TO SAVE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE DURING THESE UNCERTAIN TIMES. THIS COMPANY WILL LEAVE YOU LIVING PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES AND HAVE YOU STARVING DURING THE PANDEMIC. HAVE YOUR BROKER FIND YOU ANOTHER COMPANY AND STOP ALLOWING THESE CROOKS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR SITUATION!!

The costumer representative are nice. Send a money order to receive a card to improve my credit. Is been 5 months no card or email received. Everytime I call they tell me they still working on August. I don't know how many months to wait. I would appreciate it. If I can either receive my money back. Or a card.

One of the poorest companies we have dealt with as a home owner. We have had several properties (Rentals) at a given time with different lenders holding the mortgages and we have found HOME TRUST to be the worst possible lender in several areas. Personal relations, fees just to mention a couple...and Peter being one of the managers should not have the opportunity to deal with the public. I will never again have HOME TRUST be a part of any financial holdings in any way...there are way too many reputable companies out there then to take a chance with Home Trust. I just wish I would of listen to warnings from another rental property friend who had dealings with HOME TRUST....beware of this company. Their fees and penalties for paying off Mortgages are ridiculous and that's just 1 reason to stay clear...I can fill this page from my experience....Again...Peter, a manager @ Home trust should work as a used car salesman....and I will leave it at that.
