Tom is the most unprofessional employee I have ever worked with in my life. They are trying to scam me 10k. I never received any monies and I moved and no one contacted me until 2021 january and my case closed in 2017 on feb. He wont even let me appeal it and Im a single mother and barley getting by. this is how you treat people?? He hung up the phone on me and was extremely rude. I would like a manager to call me please

Because we can't visit in person due to covid they want us to fax documents...yet anywhere near us that we've tried, doesn't fax or their fax machine is broken. To make matters worse, I can't even call to ask them about a different method since they're currently having "technical difficulties"
Having encountered the need for some help we attended a couple of meetings with Worker 810-Ms Eslynn - who was extremely cordial and treated us so respectfully. We are very grateful for our very pleasant experience with her. It sure does feel comforting to know that there are well trained people in the City’s Offices and that Eslynn is one of the best on your team ! Clean modern space. Friendly staff. Can use computers to access Internet, type and print resumes etc. No colour printer. College streetcar stops right in front of building.
Very pleasent and understanding
Having needed these services only just recently, I found the initial appointment and interview phase almost enjoyable - It is never easy talking about one's problems, but this worker RW#505 was actually understanding, caring and compassionate, and had a genuine spark and desire to help. I am really amazed by the service at this location!
