Hi, this place has not handled the covid shut down well. I have asked for a reimbursement of my money for the months that the gym has been shut down and no one has answered me. Their mailboxes are full and no one is answering the phone or my emails. Disappointed with the level of professionalism.

They took my payment for the whole year and when I asked for a refund they stopped answering me. Fraud and shame

Walk past this place on my dogwalks all the time. But at least now asking me to rate it, I finally get to see inside. Thanks google maps! Walking around it is definitely fantastic! A full on 4 star experience. I would rare it a five I am sure if I ever actually end up in inside.

Old and rundown but functional gym. The classes are excellent. The whole gym has really gone downhill though as the owners do not seem to maintain and take care of issues such as leaks (there are leaks and wet walls and unusable parts of the gym at least 4 times a year); smells like garbage in the summer and things break all the time (sauna, gym equipment, weights go missing and aren't replaced etc). They have a suspiciously high turnover rate of staff, not to mention that they don't pay people properly and fire good class instructors. I am not sure I will rejoin until they fix their issues.

The best atmosphere for serious / not so serious workouts. Their squash court and gym equipments are both kept in a need and tidy condition. They do have racquets for squash so no need to take your own equipment unless you are playing rank matches with your buddies. The only drawback is coming up the stairs after workout :p but its worth it
