For me this was a terrible customer service experience. My order got lost temporarily by Canada Post. When I sent a panicked email, instead of reassuring me, I was told I need to calm down and \act like a professional adult\. Their reply was all good and factual until the end when they felt the need to personally insult me. There is NEVER an excuse to insult a customer.
I always shop with THC when I’m in a jam and they never disappoint. Their curb side pickup option is great, I bought something online on Saturday and was able to pick up on Monday. Way better than waiting for CP to deliver. Prices are also great and customer service is excellent.
Great store. They have everything you'll ever need and so much more.
