It was a fantastic experience with Harrington housing, I lived in the heart of downtown, and the price was very reasonable. Two things I loved the most were the view from my window and the furniture. They gave me everything I needed...even kitchen stuff like pans and pots, I will be moving to Toronto, and they also offered me to transfer my contract, which was nice of them because I hate hunting for apartments.

Very neat and modern rooms! I love the space and the central location, just 2 mins from my university. I really got along with the roommates who were all students too and ended up extending my stay. My building had 24hr security and lovely doormen too! :)

The behaviour of the staffs are very good, they even did a virtual tour of my apartment for me. The furniture are completely new and the room is quite spacious. I am feeling excited to go there and enjoy the facilities provided by Harrington Housing.

The bed was too big for the room but i didnt mind that much. Monthly prices were quite expensive considering its location. All rooms and furniture were brand new and i enjoyed them. You can hear every noise from your flatmates so be careful. One more thing, my room had main motor for heating and air conditioning while the controler is located in the next room. It was quite uncomfortable. And the motor's noise was sometimes too loud that I could barely sleep. Other than that i loved the place. Oh, no fly no bug at all
