I have always had nothing but great experiences at Hand & Stone Beaches... and tonight’s massage was top notch. :) Allison is an incredible therapist!

Heather B was amazing! She made it a very relaxing experience. She spent enough time on my knots and checked in with me throughout the session to make sure the pressure was good. I can't wait to go back!

I had my first and only visit -- it was a facial with Tessa. She was a pleasant enough person but she forgot to remove a blackhead that's right in the middle of my cheek, and which she had noticed and said she would extract. I think she was too busy trying to sell me various products, which I didn't need but ended up buying. At the end of the facial, I noticed she didn't extract the blackhead but I thought the mask might have done the job. When I got home, I noticed the blackhead was still there. I was pretty disappointed. Kudos to the manager, who upon receiving my responses to their emailed satisfaction survey, called me to apologize and offer me a free facial. Staff need to make sure they focus on the job rather than on selling products.
