Just like my mother who shopped here when she was younger, I’ve been coming to Gwartzmans and have never once been unsatisfied with the quality and service! It is my go-to art store and the staff is very helpful as well!
For years I would drive 4 hours to Toronto to purchase art supplies for my art classes, I was an art teacher in a high school. Their prices were unbeatable and the quality was amazing. Mr G was always so helpful and I was very sad to read here that he has passed away. I offer my condolences to his family and amazing staff. I will never forget the time he packed his car with all my boxes and gave me a ride back to where I was staying ! I wish you all the best in preserving his legacy and his love of the arts and the artist community.
Great service - I called beforehand to ask if an item was in stock and got very friendly and enthusiastic help! Fantastic selection - I found everything I wanted (definitely superior to Michael's and the like )
