Love this location! Beautifully designed store with an amazing selection. The groovy shoes family makes sure to take of me when I'm in there. The staff are kind and know exactly how to guide you in the right direction! Highly recommended.

Sarah was the most helpful associate out of any shoe store I've been to! Very knowledgeable and honest with different brands and really understood what I was looking for in a shoe. Ended up finding the perfect one! Super happy and it's a brand I had never tried before!
Incompetent management that is unable to keep up with online orders. Instead of posting on instagram, why don't you guys get back to customers who e-mail you about their orders that haven't been shipped out, despite being placed weeks ago. Store deserves a brick through their window.
Staff was very welcoming the two times I have come here, and they are also helpful and well versed with shoes. (As they should be at a shoe store) The presentation of the shoes and store as a whole is a great layout and it is easy to find whatever you are looking for. It is also a great location, and is a nice place to visit, especially with their massive sale currently going on. Definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking for some new shoes.
Do not order online from this store. I live in downtown Toronto and ordered a pair of sneakers Aug. 25 and 10 days later the order still has not shipped, despite my receipt saying it will arrive in 1-7 business days. I emailed the store twice this week. First email asking the status. No response. The second email asking to cancel and refund my order as I no longer want the sneakers given it’s taken so long. No response. Meanwhile, I ordered a pair of sneakers from Stomping Ground in Ottawa on the same day (Aug 25) and they arrived the next day on Aug 26. How is that possible? Clearly Stomping Ground is far more organized and can ship to different cities in a day. While Groovy Shoes can’t even get a pair of sneakers to the other side of Queen Street. Horrible service. I just want a refund and want to move on from this business. They seem extremely disorganized.
