After nearly 3 months of trying to schedule a pickup and being strung along I gave up and sent my carseat to landfill. I wish they would have just said, we can't help you, we are too busy, or whatever, and suggested an alternative. Super disappointed.
A great opportunity for employment and really helps the environment, by taking old tape and disk formats and properly recycling them. keeps media out of the landfill and the costs are very reasonable, Dave is very knowledgeable and nice.
