One of my favourite hostels I've ever stayed at! Amazing location, unique homely atmosphere and very reasonably priced. All of that has nothing on the staff though as they are incredible!! Loved my stay here and would highly recommend! Can't wait to visit again :)

A Great Hostel!! I staid in the hostel for couple of days. It’s very ‘clean’ and ‘tidy’. Every single day, they cleaned up all areas. And they have various kitchen stuff(bowls, plates and so on), so I could make some simple food easily. The most important point is the location! It’s very close to authentic China town and the Kensington market! You guys don’t have to take a streetcar or a bus to go to those places. I highly recommend this hostel!!!
I didn't expect much before I got here but this place is such a vibe. Homey, it has everything you need, and it is clean! The price per night is great and I hope it stays that way. I know it will become more popular in days to come. I love the location too. Came to Toronto to watch a few gigs and I could walk to Lee's Palace, Hard Luck Bar, and Velvet Underground from here. It is near the best food joints downtown, you'll never go hungry. I miss it already.

What an incredibly good location. If you want to save money on public transport because you live next to the CN Tower, this is the place for you And the best thing to do is to book directly through the Gosling’s website!! Incredibly homely. Danke!
I only stayed one night here but met many friendly guests from Canada and abroad as well as the co-nestor wengsi. The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable and wengsi is really chill. I appreciate the little notes that the hostel put up everywhere and many other small details around the hostel such as umbrellas by the door for rainy days, a charger on the coffee table by the charging station, maple syrup candies by the front desk, lots of books and magazines by the coffee table. There are of course free coffee tea and bread. I highly recommend this hostel for meeting new people and will definitely return next time I'm in Toronto.
Had a great stay - comfortable, clean, and Wengsi is the sweetest ever!
Very clean and cozy. Great location. The bathrooms are equipped with almost anything you might forget like shampoo or a hair dryer. Wengsi is also so sweet - it was my own mistake that I didn't get a solo room, but she was kind enough to offer one for my last night at no extra charge. I'd definitely stay again for my next trip.
