Called before going to the store to have most of my questions answered. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. Gabriela i think is her name. The store are closing at 4 and not 5pm as mentioned on google. You cannot walk freely there. The space is mainly for quick view and get some help of the specialists. In the store i was lucky to had the chance to talk with the same lady, great service. I liked the price. Fast service. Will wait for receiving the final product but i am very optimistic about it :) I bought a custom cut glass.

Sent a request for a quote via their website. After a few weeks of no response, sent an email to their email address. Still nothing. A few weeks later I followed up with another email. Still nothing. I guess they don't want business. Do not recommend.

Remember when customer service actually mean't something ? I really miss those days , especially after going to Gerrard Glass & being treated so well . It was a real pleasure is all i can say . They went above & beyond to be friendly & be courteous. Excellent staff , well done Gerrard Glass !

Went into the store and they told me to email them. Sent emails, no response. Called a week and half later and they told me they were busy and ask for my number. Told me they would call me back in a few minutes. 4 hours later they had not called yet. I called them back and they had no clue what I was talking about. Finally got a quote for the mirror I needed. 675, 300 being just for pick up and delivery! Take your business elsewhere!
