Our first experience with Front Street was amazing. They were so kind and compassionate with our little Rudy. As a new pet parent, I was a little nervous about not being able to go in with him due to Covid-19 protocols, but the vet called while she was examining him and came out to personally introduce herself afterward. Amazing, central location and a very kind, supportive staff. Highly recommend if you've just brought home a new pup!

Front Street Animal Hospital has been such a good place for my cat Milan. The facility follows strict COVID-19 protocols, they are always on time, very clean, extremely professional and very loving! The vets know exactly what they are doing. I have been taking Milan there for almost 3 years you can be sure you’re in good hands. Thank you for all you do!
When you drop your fur baby off at Front Street Animal Hospital, you can rest assured knowing the amazing staff will take great care of your companion. FSAH has helped to guide me through the initial stages as a first time puppy mom; answering all my questions from the very first vet appointment, the transparency on fees and the follow up after each appointment or anytime I’ve called to ask the vet a question. I’m so impressed with how professional everyone is - even through a pandemic when it’s a little harder, especially since I can’t be there. If I can provide one opportunity for improvement, it would be to allow the pet owners to wait in the lobby - especially in the winter when it’s cold. Right now, I can go in to Pet Value, but I can’t wait in the lobby to hear how she’s doing throughout her appointment? I hope that is reevaluated while we transition through the restriction zones. Overall, I’m very happy; although Dottie probably won’t be so thrilled when I drop her off to be spayed. Perhaps by the end of April, dog parents can be present for appointments which include anesthesia.
I've brought all of my pets to Front Street Animal hospital for the past 15 years. I have found the staff to always be friendly, caring and competent. They will recommend options for treatment without pressuring and their prices are fair.
My puppy had his last set of shots here. It was fast, the doctor called me and was really thorough, they gave my pup a lil kit of goodies which was so sweet. I told them that he isn’t eating his dry food they gave us 3 different samples to try from. I definitely would recommend them to your fur baby! Very caring :) I had a terrible experience at Spadina Hospital his first visit, I’m glad I made the switch.
