These guys are simply the best for several reasons. Awesome website. Amazing selection. Staff that are polite, helpful, and are passionate about what they do. I could go on. All this to say that Friendly Stranger cares about one thing: that customers have an amazing experience with their products. Friendly Stranger is the very embodiment of cannabis culture. These 5 stars are well-deserved!

This is the OG 'Friendly Stranger Cannabis Culture Shop', they don't sell cannabis here... yes, you read that correctly there is a Hunny Pot store literally across the street that does if that's what you're after and I was told that they do plan on having a store front a few doors down from them (under the company umbrella), that will have your herb needs cover. If you seek a cool glass, wood, crystal, or metal pipe this is your place! Also plenty of bongs, rolling papers, trays and hemp merchandise. This store has been here 25 years and with all the stores to come and go on Queen ST there is a good reason the Friendly Stranger still exists.
I've been to friendly stranger many times in the past, and the customer service has always been great. A couple of laid back workers that know their products, and do not carry a pretentious attitude about it. On this visit I was helped by the lovely Kayla who was very patient in answering questions about wood pipe care, and helped me find a new pipe that I love. Thank you Kayla!
I came in looking for a product having already done a little research. Angie patiently helped me understand the different options I had, and shared some tips and personal experiences with the products to help me get a sense for what would work best for me. Overall, a really pleasant and friendly customer experience. I’ll certainly consider The Friendly Stranger next time I need anything cannabis related.
