Bad customer service, false advertising. I'm on their website and I can see FLASH20 banner at the top of the webpage advertising 20% off your purchase - with no end date advertised. When I try to apply it to my cart, it doesn't work. I can go to any page on the website, checkout, add items to my cart, view men's products, women's products, etc, and I can always see the banner for the discount at the top of the webpage. After reaching out to customer service, they told me to refresh my browser and clear my caches - telling me I wouldn't see the discount advertised anymore - which is not a solution to their false advertising, it just makes it go away. The company has a glitch on their website that shows me that the FLASH20 coupon code for 20% off is still active. Again, there is no end date advertised for the sale. Instead of offering me 20% off since it's being advertised to me, they told me they can do nothing because the sale apparently ended on 01/25-2021 - however, that end date is not advertised anywhere either. Honestly surprised that they wouldn't save me 20 to keep me as a customer, I guess they are saving me money since I won't be shopping there again. They need to re-evaluate their website, their advertising - but mostly their customer service values.
Bought a winter coat from Frank and Oak. The zipper broke after 3 months of wear. Extremely disappointed with the quality of this coat. Will not purchase anything from Frank and Oak ever again.
The staff here are extremely courteous and friendly. The store was clean, organized, and had both doors open to allow good air flow. I had a great shopping experience and felt super safe.
