Wonderful experience all around! :) The store owners took great care of our old art piece and preserved it beyond our dreams. They gave us numerous discounts to make the price affordable. I could tell they wanted what was best for the art piece. Also, when they saw that our car was too small to safely carry the art piece home, they most kindly volunteered to drive it to our home, free of charge. THANK YOU!

What a gem! The team has an incredible eye and suggested a beautiful matte and frame for my print. Then they went above and beyond to rush my order and ensure I had it in time to deliver in advance of a special occasion. They drove two hours to get me the matte I needed and stayed open late to finish it for me. I was blown away. Rarely do you see such a commitment to customer service. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

Ten years ago I had four large prints framed by these guys... it wasn't cheap but the results looked amazing and I was happy. Over time, the prints came loose and slipped in the frame to the point they're no longer even remotely straight and I can't hang them they look so bad. I went back to frame master to ask them to re-seat one of the prints. They wanted 110 tax (125) for what is essentially five minutes work on one print. Some BS excuse about selling me a restoration package that included glass cleaning and new cardboard plus tape plus blah blah blah. I was so shocked I actually gasped out loud in the middle of the store. Is this any way to treat a customer? Your work came apart when it shouldn't have. You could have fixed it in five minutes and made a customer of me for life... instead you tried to up sell me a totally unnecessary package I didn't want at an exorbitant price. Thanks, no thanks.. I've made the repair myself...
