Went into the store to find a gift for my husband. There was a tall, young man who helped me and made the process so smooth and easy. I wasn't sure what to buy but with his help, we picked out a perfect gift that my husband loved! I never would have decided it on it without his help. Will definitely be back!
Great Watch Store with high quality, sleek looking watches! I currently have 4 Fossil watches & they’re all beautiful. I get compliments every time I wear them. I’ve also bought several for friends birthdays/Christmas & they love them too! They’re a perfect gift idea. Ryan assisted me in my latest impulse fossil watch purchase (#5). He was awesome in his service & professionalism. He was patient, friendly, personable & very polite. Exceptional in every manner. He even engraved my watch for me which is included in the purchase price- which is an added bonus! His colleague was also very good. If you need a great watch Fossil is the place to GO! The store itself is fine but one member of the staff makes going there unbearable. I'm not sure of his name but he is big and tall with short curly brown hair and tan skin. He kept coming over to us and asking the same questions again and again, "are you liking any of them? Do you want to try that one on?". You might be thinking I mean only a couple times and am exaggerating or being sensitive but you would be wrong. It was nonstop every few minutes for the entire half hour we were there. It was so annoying, I wanted to tell him to stop talking to me, I will ask if I need help. Instead, I left and ordered online instead. I thought they must work on commission, he was so insistent. I checked online and they don't, he is really just that annoying for no reason. I will never, ever go back.
I like Fossil, well I used to... Customer Service support is really bad. They don't listen to what you're actually telling them, and twists your words. This store at the Eaton Centre, they don't properly explain exchange policies. I think the store needs to do a better job at explaining policies, rather than making a quick sale. Fossil wanted to give me only 15% off as compensation, on anything I may purchase, for the trouble I went through, misinformation, and the run around I got when I needed to exchange my watch which wasn't working properly anymore. Safe to say after 3 years, I won't be buying any products from them again, or their apparent company Michael Kors.
Visited the store for a battery replacement and buy a new watch and strap for my old one. Nevail was really friendly and provided the best customer service by assisting me with selection and providing Various options in my budget.... really like the service.
