Hands down the best service one could possibly ask for. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm severely flat footed and have been in pain for a while now but foot solutions at Leaside made it all go away with their amazing selections of shoes and orthodontics.

I called to get updates on my pending orders and was given horrible customer service. I wanted clarification on my orders and instead was told to come into the store to go over the details. She told me she will no longer have this conversation over the phone and advised me to visit the store directly. I told her that I live approximately 30 minutes away and was not interested in leaving my house, especially with Covid-19, as this conversation can happen over the phone. This conversation then led to the employee repeatedly yelling at me over the phone.

Great service. They know what they’re doing and always advise on what is comfortable for your feet. It’s been over two years that I go to this store and I’ve never been disappointed. Definitely recommend this store if you want to keep your feet healthy!
