I had a great time doing my training with Maged. He was energetic and positive. Usually trainings are agonizing for me but this wasnt. the space was perfect and the washrooms even had feminine products which was nice to see. 10/10 would recommend training here.

I just finished the First Aid and CPR C course; I had it with Erinda. She is an absolute delight. The facility is clean, the washrooms are equipped with essentials, and PPEs and sanitizers are available in abundance. I love the blended offering of the course.

After scheduling with this company online, I realized that I inadvertently scheduled the wrong date. I tried calling the same day and left a message. 6 days later, I tried calling again and got the same personal voicemail of “Mishka”. A couple of minutes later I got a call from a different number of a person who says they are from the company and that she is calling from her personal cell number. She became extremely rude when I questioned why she wasn’t calling from the business. Her actions made me question the legitimacy of this company. I cancelled my course and she told me that there would be a 25 processing fee. No where on their website does it state that there would be a 25 charge. In fact, it actually mentions no refunds. No sure what’s up with this place, but it has poor business practices. I called the Red Cross to actually confirm that they are in fact affiliated with them. They did confirm that this company is affiliated. Not sure what the training is like, but their customer service is unprofessional.
