I had no idea how to proceeded with our company’s WSIB case nor did I fully understand what our rights were so I went to Mr Fink. It was so reassuring for me to know that he was looking after our interests in the best possible way. His expertise, his time and hard work were very much appreciated and resulted in a successful conclusion. Mr Fink and his staff were available at all times to answer questions and explain legal matters to us. He kept us up to date by email or telephone as events occurred. We were always in the loop. If you have a WISB issue, I would highly recommend Mr Fink. He knows his stuff!

Lazy joob lawyer who takes your money and then expects you to do his job for him. Takes 500 dollars to \start\ a case and then proceeds to do absolutely nothing. Then he insists you do his job for him or he wants an additional 3600 for them to do what they're already supposed to be doing in the first place and set you up with a specalist . These people have terrible communication skills saying they've sent emails and made phone calls when really they did absolutely nothing.
This firm is about money only. They will hit you financially when you are in your most vulnerable condition and not even blink an eye. They did virtually NOTHING in my case, when I pushed them to do something, because I was doing ALL the work, they suggested a very high priced assessment of which was not needed. When the tap ran dry, they instantly bailed on me. They don’t have any injured workers well being, or best interests at heart, they just want to take your money. AVOID this firm or proceed at your own peril.
Would give a 0 star rating if i could. Mr .fink is a perfect example of why people have a hard time trusting lawyers. I was in a vulnerable time in my life when i came to Mr. fink for help. I suffered a serious injury to my right leg which resulted in 80 staples and just over 30 stitches and wasnt able to walk for a good 4 months. Upon speaking to Mr. fink about my case and the severity of my injury, I was told that it was worth fighting for and proceeded to pay fink a little over 500 dollars to start. He then advises me to make an appointment with a specialist which I did but found it a little odd that he never took the initiative to set anything up. Anyways, next thing you know Mr. Fink vanishes off the face of the earth without an ounce of care or dignity towards his \client\. I felt more like a victim of a scam than i did a \client\. When i first started searching for a lawyer i noticed a bunch of bad reviews on this guy but decided not to listen to them and give it a shot. Boy, was that a huge mistake. Stay far away from this guy.....very far away.
I was having troubles dealing with the W.S.I.B , I contacted Fink and Bornstein and I'm so happy I did.Mr Fink is very well known at the W.S.I.B ,as soon as he became my legal representative boy did things change for the good,having these guy's in your corner really takes the pressure and stress out of your day. It's still going to be a bit off a grind , and it's a long process.When we finally had our trial of course I was nervous, but Mr. Fink was exuding confidence, he was extremely prepared, he completely took over the courtroom and I was blown away by his expertise.If you want a lawyer go get one! If you want a really good amazing lawyer get Mr FINK.Also the ladies that work there are FANTASTIC.Thank you guy's for all the support. Kindly, Diane Kalnins
