Great place to get your glasses! Doctor was thorough and explained everything very clearly. As for Susan, lets just say I am not the most decisive person and took way too long to make up my mind but she never made me feel rushed. Clearly her priority was to make sure I ended up with a pair of glasses that both met my needs and that I liked the appearance of. I'm definitely going to be returning for all my optical needs.

I’ve been to quite several optical stores so far. This is gonna be my go-to optical store from now on!!! I’ve had my sunglasses, blue light glasses and my sons’ blue light glasses done here as well as our annual check ups! Doctor was very very detailed! So I referred my aunt’s family and my cousin’s. Susan was very kind with all of us! My boys and nieces were quite “active” in the store, but she was very patiently going through all of our test fittings and make sure every pair is prepared to the perfect fit!!! She’s beyond my expectations!!! We all received our glasses today and kids are all so excited, kept them on all day! My pair is very comfortable as well. I’m sending recommendations to all my family and friends now! Thanks and see you again soon!!!

Friendly, accommodating and super easy to work with. I tried on several pairs, picked up my pair a month later and eventually exchanged it on the spot after I realized I liked another pair better - all with no issues. I've been to two other optometrists in the Junction, and they were mediocre. I tried eye-q last summer for the first time and absolutely loved them. Dr. Attardo and the staff are great, super informative and kind. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve bought two pairs of glasses now from Susan at Eye Q since I moved to the neighbourhood in 2019 - a pair of prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses - and in both instances the service was stellar! I knew exactly what I wanted for sunglasses, and Susan ordered them in, made my lenses and had me fitted in no time. When I went back for my glasses, they helped me find the perfect pair based on what I was looking for - I must have tried on 100 pairs, I was so picky! But the selection was great. Especially given COVID, I felt very safe in the store and all precautions were taken to keep things clean and sanitized. Next time I need another pair of glasses or a tune up on them, I will definitely be going back.
