The only times I have had poor service here is when I’ve been served by the owner, or when the owner has berated the staff member serving me (the last time I physically shopped in-store, the sales clerk had to take a call from the owner who was apparently watching them on camera. It seems they spent too much time helping me, and not enough time cleaning/stocking.) I am honestly embarrassed that I ever gave the owner my business.

Great knitting, crocheting, embroidery and quilting supply store. They also have classes downstairs. A large beautiful store with high quality materials and friendly staff. One of the best, especially well located in downtown

It does take a week or more for pick up orders to be filled and the store should probably be more transparent about this. It can be hard to get in touch I am not sure why. I had more luck with calling than emailing. But I was emailed today to say my order was ready for pick up.

I will NEVER again shop here. The customer service is appalling!!! I ordered a shawl kit in October and soon found out the pattern did not match the picture completely. The blame was placed on the designer and it took 3 months to get sorted out and to convince them I should not be held responsible to purchase the missing wool needed. They made me pay for shipping!! Now I have the wool and the one ball is in FIVE pieces!!! The blame is now placed on the manufacturer and they won’t replace it!!! They blame everyone else for any problems with the people they deal with and DO NOT support their clientele and just write off their loses like any decent establishment would do!! I have NEVER experienced such negligence from any of the other wool shops I deal with. It’s the Olio shawl by the way. I would like to give a negative 5 stars!!

This is a gorgeous store. Everything is beautifully arranged. Lots of yarn and fabric selection along with other needle crafts. Lots of samples up and around the store to see the products in action. A selection of kits also available. The staff is hit or miss. Sometimes super friendly/helpful and other time snobbish/standoffish. I've been numerous times - sometimes bought a lot, sometimes nothing
