Engineering Change Lab is rated 3 out of 5 in the category program development. Read and write reviews about Engineering Change Lab. The Engineering Change Lab (Eng Lab) is a multi-year, multi-stakeholder forum to unlock the full potential of the engineering community by addressing complex challenges that no individual stakeholder can solve alone. The initiative is co-owned by organizations from across the engineering profession in Canada (companies, government, universities, regulators, associations, and non-profits). Senior leaders from each of these organizations work together over time to advance initiatives (or experiments) to help shape the future of the engineering profession. These initiatives target the biggest challenges facing the profession in Canada: poor record of innovation, lack of diversity, failures in ethics and professionalism, exclusion of non-licensed engineers from the profession, inflexibility of the education model, etc... The Lab was initiated by Engineers Canada and Engineers Without Borders with the ongoing support of Reos Partners, who are the global leaders in the Change Lab process.
