I've been here 4-5 times for various situations and I have to say that I'm impressed. The turnaround time is great ( winter time was first serve! ), make an appointment and they'll help you out. The pricing for parts/ labor is great and they don't waste time to get you out! I would recommend Spadina/ College and I'll come back.

I wanted to fix my scooter Chain (paddle) not the motor one. They charged me 67:80. And i had the chain with me. Their labour cost is 60 hour. They keep telling me that they have to check my scooter and i said you do not have to check my scooter just fix the chain i have. Though i refund my money. Is there any way i can report this for charging too much. I think It's a crime.
Not a happy customer -- waitied in line for 1 hours and the result is no bike! The sales associate and manger are very knowledgeable, but they DO NOT have enough staff to deal with the influx of people buying / picking up stuff. I was pre approved for financing but gave me the run arnd and did not accept it in store
I was very impressed with the level of service I received. Both Erin and another associate spent a lot of time explaining and helping me decide between batteries, explaining features and maintenance thoroughly. This is my sixth electric bike so I have a lot of experience with comparing other retailers. I did a lot of research on the Urban T and like that it has pedal assist as well as being very compact so I can store it in our entryway easily. Also, if need be it can easily be transported in a small SUV. It has a lot of metal parts versus having a lot of plastic. I like that the signal lights are flexible rubber to avoid breakage- clever! Also, the base between the column of the bike, ( below handlebars) and the seat column is narrow enough to lock the frame securely which is important to help deter theft. I spent a long time researching and comparing models. It seems like great value and practicality.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DON'T BUY HERE! They are RUDE and service is NON EXISTANT!. I honestly believe they're SUPER RACIST as the only people they were nice to were ALSO CHINESE. There was a couple there trying to pay for a battery and they were told DON'T EXPECT ANY Change and when he complained they REFUSED HIM SERVICE! DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE TRUST ME unless you're Chinese of course. If they're this bad for you to buy something can you imagine how bad the SERVICE WILL BE? they No thanks I'll give my hard earned money to a pleasant non racist nice business that's happy to get my money...
