I wish that I can give you less than 1 star, Very unprofessional airline. No one replies to emails and no one answers the damn phone. 45 min on hold and when finally they answered they hung up on me.

I wish I could give them less than one star. It’s such a horrible company.First of all, whatever they put in their website, they never able it on ground. For example, Egyptair says on their website, it’s pet friendly, but they’re not at all. I was traveling with a cat from Cairo airport last summer and Egypt air representatives in airport told me I CANNOT have a cat with me in their airplane. I told them; your website said Egypt air is a pet friendly. But they refuse to abide by their own rules. And they said; I have to go to the Canadian embassy in Cairo to get a export permit for the cat. It was such a horrible experience with Egypt air. Never fly with you again Egypt air.

This is by far the worst airlines .. My flight got cancelled for no reason. I paid to change it to a later date .. i do not receive any email and im trying to call them forever and i cant reach anywhere ..

Over 1 hour and half on the waiting then they hung up . No one answer the email , so how can I get my issue resolve!!!
