When we arrived all the doors were closed and locked and it looked like we were in the wrong place. Nope they just lock the doors at night, maybe to hide something who knows.... Anyways they were all smoking inside and it smelt terrible (one of the reasons for locked doors?). Once we got in it was disappointing that the karaoke machine was only in Chinese (you use the English alphabet to search but everything is in Chinese). I'm sure that's fine for their target market but that's fairly exclusive in Canada's most multi cultural city. The bathrooms.... Ya know what, wear a diaper. The bathrooms are horrendous looks live they've never once been cleaned the garbage can was filled with barf and the toilets unflushed and filled with cigarettes. (I see another review about the bathrooms too so I have a picture or two... But maybe just one there isn't very many angles in there that aren't absolutely putrid). They serve food and drinks but I can't imagine they have a health license, it is disgusting in there. I did go with a group and therefore didn't chose this place, I had fun but that's because of the company I keep. You wouldn't catch me dead at this place ever again, but I will recommend it to the city health inspectors.

Very fun place to do karaoke, however, not the cleanest place in the world. My jacket smelled bad after coming here and kept the smell for several days. The customer service here is quite good though.

It's amazing! They have private rooms with two mics and you can just sing and sing! You have to spend a minimum on booze and food which isn't a problem with a big group. I think it was minimum 250 plus tax and tip and there were 8 of us. It's open til 3am as well. Love it and can't wait to go back!

Best Karaoke in the core. The song selection device is hard to use because it is in Chinese, but worth it. Each room is booked with a minimum spend amount, which is easy to meet if you have a group with you. Very friendly staff, clean facilities, and lots of fun.
