Its the passage underground linking the subway to Eaton center
like
This is the subway stop nearest my home so I use it a lot. It is connected to Eaton's Centre, Atrium on Bay, 10 Dundas East and Yonge-Dundas Square. It is handicap accessible. There is a large tunnel connecting the northbound and southbound platforms. There is free WiFi. It is reasonably clean but during rush hours, it can be too crowded!
What hasn’t been said about Dundas station? The nasty colour scheme, the platforms separated by different fare-paid areas, the crowds. It’s just an unpleasant station and I’d absolutely advise you to pick Queen Station over it when visiting the Eaton Centre.
Convenient enough
TTC's Dundas station is at the heart of Toronto's underground rail network and handles probably the highest daily footfall on TTC's network. A PRESTO card is increasingly becoming the payment method of choice for passengers, and if you are new to the system it probably makes sense to use the station outside peak hours to avoid destruction in stampedes.
