I had no clue what the process was of getting new windows. Do I have to order windows from one company, and get another company to install them? How expensive is it? Luckily, this company was great at answering all my questions and concerns. I went with this company based on the many outstanding reviews they received. They kept a consistent flow of communication with me and even when the windows took a little longer than normal to come in, they would always drop a line from time to time with an update. I had Kyle and his team, like many reviewers did, and they were fast and courteous. They did a great job, and made themselves flexible around my schedule. The price was reasonable and if you are struggling to pick a window company, give these guys a shot.

Great experience with Vitalii and his team. Our door turned out beautifully. Installation was excellent and all of my concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently.
We used Toronto Doors and Windows for a few projects - from simple window replacements to expanding the size of our front windows and back doors - and have been very happy with them. We spoke to a few different companies for some of the bigger projects (something about the idea of cutting holes into our newly purchased house had me a little nervous), and the difference in knowledge, expertise and professionalism between companies was unmistakable. It was obvious that Kyle and his crew knew exactly what they were doing, that they did this work all the time, and that, no, in fact, my house would not cave in on itself if we cut a 6 foot hole in it to brighten up our living room. Communication was efficient, the work was great, and they even went to the trouble to matching the trim of our new window to the rest of the house, allowing us to keep a bit of the architectural charm of our 100 year old house. I would absolutely use Toronto Doors and Windows again, and would happily recommend them to a friend.

Our downtown home is nearly a century old and quite eccentric, making the installation of double doors to a third floor deck a particularly challenging job. Vadim and Shon (superb father and son team) and Vitalii (owner) rose to every challenge, innovated brilliantly, and delivered a finished product that will outlive me. At every stage, they cleaned and vacuumed the work site, and left not a trace when the job was done. Their good-natured and uncomplaining style made them a treat to have in the house. I would not consider anyone else for doors and windows. These guys are the professionals.
