Lisa made learning to make pies from scratch easy and fun. With a casual online atmosphere, I found the interaction personal and lively. I'd be keen to work with her in person in her kitchen once available.

Lisa provides a fun and pragmatic approach to cooking! The candy class taught me a lot and made me feel confident in making confectionery at super high temps! The interactive zoom classes have been fun and low pressure. I'd love the chance to check out the classes in person in the future. Looking forward to attending more classes with Lisa!

My group of friends had a fun night doing a virtual cooking class together. Lisa organized all the food packages perfectly, so we could each cook the same thing at home. She was amazing about communication throughout. Most importantly, the food was delicious!

I threw a birthday party for my 6 year old at Dickie's Cooking School today and it was fantastic. There were 10 kids total and they had an amazing time time making a cake, decoratng cupcakes and creating fondant flowers. Lisa was very responsive leading up to the party and both her and her assistant Meegan were terrific with the kids. The party package was great value too in comparison to lot of other places. It included delicious treats like fresh baked bread, fruits and veggies, fresh squeezed lemonade and coffee for the parents. I brought a few decorations but didn't really need to. The space is professional but cozy. It's a very turn key party. Would highly recommend!
