Davey is an amazing trainer!! He is patient, supportive and knowledgeable with his clients. I was someone who did not enjoy the gym or know what to do with equipment . Davey has made workouts in the gym more positive/fun. He helps you reach your goals and does not restrict you to a diet plan that is not sustainable :-D

Over the years, I used trainers. And here are some of my problems with most of them: - They don't understand your body the way you do - They love chitchatting with other trainers while they're training you - While you're doing your reps, they look around and aren't as attentive to you - Some of them aren't knowledgeable about the science of it at all - Not great with unfortunate changes to schedule even though they're rare For me, these are big problems because this is what used to make me quit. Davey on the other hand. He pushes you hard when he absolutely knows you are capable of it (which we most times are), but at times understands your body may not be able to handle it and will work with you to find something else. When he's with you... he's with you. Period. No chitchatting with others, no looking around. You're doing your reps; Davey is there and watching you to see if you're doing it right (I have gotten so good at form due to this!). He knows the body science, and he knows exactly how an exercise will benefit you. He'll have a million exercises for you just for the left bicep, for example. Bottomline, you see results and because Davey is unlike most trainers, you have no problem whatsoever showing up. Because we all know... showing up is half the battle.
