Great experience with this local business. Tony had a huge selection of product in stock, helped me find exactly what I needed, and got an installer over to my home in under 24 hours. The installer was clean, professional, and friendly (even taking the time to chat with my 13-month old while he worked!). Installation was done right, with careful attention to all the details, and he probably left the work area neater than he found it. Will use them again in future, and would highly recommend.
We highly recommend Danforth Carpet Connection. Tony really stands by his work. We had a small (unforeseen) problem with our installation but Tony cheerfully made it right. His installers were efficient and polite and they were a pleasure to deal with. The store has great product selection and Tony is very knowledgeable. Purchasing my new marmoleum flooring from Tony at DCC was such an easy and pleasant experience. Our floor arrived right at the start of the pandemic when there was much uncertainty about contact etc., but Tony ensured my pick up was both safe and comfortable. What really separated Tony and DCC from other stores I have purchased flooring from in the past, was that he was always available by phone if I had a question or needed guidance, especially since I completed the install myself. In addition, when I underestimated the underlayment by a few dozen square feet, he provided me with half a roll at no extra charge. I have already referred DCC to a few friends of mine who plan on visiting Tony once stores re-open. I HIGHLY recommend DCC for your flooring needs!
