OBJECTIVES 1. To promote dancers and dances of the African Diaspora through presentations 2. To provide skill development and networking through workshops and commissions 3. To expose the general public to various styles of dance and dance artists 4. To educate dancers and the wider communities about dance 5. To become a self-reliant organization dance Immersion’s programs consist of: a) Annual Showcase Presentation b) Workshop Series c) In-Studio Presentations d) Youth Arts Programs e) Forums f) Conferences Through the vehicle of our programming we provide a nurturing and supportive environment for professional and aspiring dance artists to work and explore diverse styles and expressions.
