I don't use body shops often, but when I do from now on it will Custom Coaches. From beginning to end, the level of attention was nothing less than extraordinary. The body work was flawless. The suspension and balancing work was overseen by Custom Coaches at the dealership to make sure the warrantee is perfect. One could not wish for or find a better level of service than Custom Coaches. Dragan is the best! What a pro. What a gentleman. Easy recommend! My back window got smashed and I found a used part at a scrapyard, Had it shipped to Dragan, and he was able to put it on right away. Couldn't have been an easier fix! Thanks for making it so easy to get back on the road!

I highly recommend this shop. Dragan looked after everything from the moment I drove in, including dealing with the insurer, driving me home and, once the work was done, picking me up once I'd dropped off the rental. The work done was flawless! They inspected the entire car and fixed an issue that I had been living with for years. Great work, great service. Thank you Custom Coaches!
I got some curb rash on passenger side the lower rocker panel. I had received a quote from another body shop to remove, repair and repaint the piece. When I spoke with Dragan, he looked at the damage and stated that since the damage was low to the ground and the part is plastic there were two options. 1) Remove, repair and repaint for 300 less than the other quote. 2) Buff and clean-up the area for a fraction of the repair cost. I appreciated that he provided the options right at the start. Most places have to be pushed to provide an option, particularly a less expensive one. The work was done quickly and Dragan was definitely correct. You would have to get on the ground right beside the car to see any remaining damage. Definitely the best experience I have ever had with a car repair.
