I remember when this store was first opening up and my friends from back home telling me about it (I live in Vancouver now). I recently order online from them for some Christmas gifts. First of all their branding is on point. As a designer I love when a company takes their branding to the next level and includes it with their packaging. I ordered something that was glass and not only was the box wrapped in this themed wrapping but the parcel was well packed. Just all around one of the best experiences I've had shipping something across the country. I will be a return shopper and I will (hopefully) get to go to the store next time I'm visiting Family in Ontario!

Attention Harry Potter Fans - this is the store you need to visit if you need any authentic merchandise. It's the only place in Canada where you can purchase Mina Lima graphics. You will enjoy this perfectly merchandised store with a cozy vibe. The staff are so enthusiastic and knowledgeable too.
The customer service at this shop is OUTSTANDING! I don't live in the area so I ordered online, had my item mailed and it arrived within a couple weeks. Though there were some hiccups (not the fault of the shop) everything was rectified beyond my expectations. Would absolutely recommend and will be a returning customer!
Every time we visit is magical! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and clearly care and make us feel at home. Sad to see the location moving further from us, but we'll be back at the new locale and excited to see the changes!
As a big Harry Potter fan, I LOVED IT! My friend and I didn't wanna leave, period. The staff was so friendly and approachable. I am definitely going back there again. You don't need to be a Harry Potter fan, if you are into magic, fantasy, and other interesting stuff, this is the place for you!
