Finally made it here after having walked by many times. The exterior does not do this place justice. Tons of options on the menu and all of the dishes we had exceeded expectations. Portions are generous, so we ended up with a bunch to take home. Of particular note was their pies which are made fresh to order. Will definitely order takeout from here in the coming months.

Good food, good prices, and good service on a corner patio with some decent views. This is a great place when you crave a burger but don't want an actual burger. Shawarma poutine is an epitome of Canadian fusion cousine. Baba ganoush served with a fresh hot flat bread go perfectly together with a pint of brew on a lazy summer evening. It's not a straight and stellar five-star dining experience but it deserves a solid 4.5 and your visit next time you're in the neighborhood.

Crowded House exceeded our expectations and created a wonderful take-out catering menu for us with less than 24 hrs notice. Ready and waiting for us at the appointed time. This place is a local gem. The food here is so flavorful and fresh. My wife and I went last night. The salads are so tasty and portions are more than generous. The laffa bread and dips are amazing. We had the crowdedhouse eggplant. I can't say enough about how tasty the food is and we've been to some high end middle eastern restaurants all over the city. Service was very friendly and professional. The patio is a nice wooden deck perfect for a summer night. Loved that it is slightly elevated as opposed to right at sidewalk level - felt a little more private. We will definitely be back!
